    You didn’t do a pronation lift .. you lost your pronation -> begin with 20 kgs

      Why are you not admitting that you did that wrong and almost all the people in the comments telling you that you didn't did it with the good form like bro look at Devon his wrist not cupped and your wrist is cupped plus you are just doing bicep curls with low range of motion.
