When you realize that the property taxes for just one year costs more than you can make in 100 years. So realistically you better be worth more than 100 million, and that still doesn't include the maids, cooks, landscapers and pool boys working around the clock to keep it all running and clean.
If i won a *$100million with such an evil clause,* I'd hire a team of lawyers to find a loophole in that stipulation, or, I'd just buy the damn house and sell it for whateeeever the market is offering, cause otherwise, I'm simply walking away from that shit as It's nothing but a glamorous *generational poverty entrapment,* not at all a win.
