I told you to stop, Mootal.
*I TOLD YOU TO STOP!*
I BEGGED YOU, METAL! I BEGGED YOU! I BEGGED YOU!
Hi Wolf
Wolf!
@@somethingguy912 tiddles his TIIPLESSSSS
The main reason I wouldn't recommend this game is BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO DESTROY SOMEBODY'S LIFE!!!!!!! BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO DESTROY SOMEBODY'S LIFE!!!!!!!
Mootal, you should have seen Fringy spamming the command where Nix can trigger grenades on the enemy and it wont alert other enemies around, he was laughing insanely
What part and timestamp please?
timestamp?
Video link and time stamp?
Brother I am pinned here!!!
Sorry everyone, was at work

wait
does this game really have almost an hour worth of credits?
a fucking HOUR??
Same as Concord....
It's very "important" to acknowledge and award the Participation Award the Ubisoft team you know... It's such a toxic positivity environment there afterall 😂
fr, movies have shorter credits. tf are they doing? because there's no way they have more people involved
I wasn't looking but I'm pretty sure it was looping. Some games do that.
This is the real coruption of media. you have to credit EVERY department, even if all they did was provide a language translation. Oh, and let's not forget corporate bloat.
When you rant for more than 40 minutes and the end credits are still ongoing.
So what you're saying Mootal is you hate women?
Yes... don't we all here?
Can we really call that block jawed Ma'am Solo a woman?
@@RhysCallinan-hf7qx Yes we do you sexist!!! CAN"T YOU SEE HOW BRAVE AND STUNNING SHE IS WITH THAT AMAZING BUTT CHIN AND FLATBOARD CHEST. aghh gamers.....
@@Blizz3112 it is a prerequisite but I just want to make sure he's renewing his credentials 👌
Nix is a guy....that talks to themselves in 3rd person. Weird choice but K.
My favorite line I heard (I think during MauLer's playthrough) was the sneaky evil white dude says something about his connection like "he's got dirt on every officer in the Empire!"....every officer in the Empire? Isn't that like, millions and millions of people? Its a galactic space empire, their military must number in the billions, let alone the officers. Star Wars never dives into this because its so ridiculously shallow.
They still think roughly 5.5 Million Clones are enough to fight a Galactic War. So yeah. They, and most of the Fandom, have no concept of size.
@@TurKlack I recall someone describing Star Wars' loose grasp on size being like Warhammer 40k's sketchy grasp on size.
@@chaosinc.38240k understands scale far better than Star Wars. The insanely high numbers of Guardsmen casualties is what you'd expect from war in that setting.
I like Andor brings up private security companies managing a lot of the smaller colonies, and actual Imperial stormtroopers needing to be called in is considered a big deal, because most sleepy planets would rather not give the Empire a reason to show up in person
It really hits home how big the galaxy is, that most of the less-habitable planets that don't have that much going on only really need a barracks' worth of oversight because even the Empire doesn't have the manpower to fully occupy every space-rock.
@@The1337guy1 One of the details I love in the Warhammer books is the logistics they go through. 300 Astartes and 250,000 Imperial Guardsman just for one “small operation” on some world. Really nails the size and scale of the imperium. That enormous force is basically just an assault team in their world. Love it, love the attention to detail!
The credit music is giving Hogwarts Legacy flashbacks, where you don't get any actual melody: Just a "what if we feed John Williams' work to an AI" vibe.
Watch Dogs has been elevated by the modding community to be a genuinely good game. However, it had a good core premise, decent gameplay, and lots of usesble cut-content to build off of. Star Wars: Outlaws has... I mean, the map design seems pretty nice; in terms of asthetics, anyway. There's also... uh... uhm...
Guys, there might not be any hope for this one.
The plushie of pet might be popular.
There, it has two positive points.
There is a type of product that big studios make now. I hesitate to call them games, because they're really just minimum viable product.
This product only works if the player literally plays along with how the game wants them to act, like an actor in a stage play. I'm talking about the mechanics. In this one way, as long as the player pretends that the game works and does everything exactly how the devs HOPED you'd play it, it kinda works, though it's still not good. As soon as you go off script it breaks in a thousand ways and it becomes a circus.
The most polished part of the game was a eating quick-time-event 😂
Simultaneously the most polished and most pathetic part of the game
was listening to the rant while playing WoW on my other monitor, glanced over at 14:40 and saw "Disney Consumer Products, Star Wars" in big bold letters. Thought to myself, "Yep, that sounds about right"
When your big corporation sees Omni Consumer Products and thinks "that's a cool way to name something" then you are entreing your villain arc
SW Outlaws is my favourite videogame genre: the ones that make's Metal suffer
Howdy's hope your doin well. We all miss bs-ing with you on (the channel that shall not be named).
@@alyaabadi8882 howdy Alya, i might go back soon
Metal facepalming when Vader showed up is the only thing that brings me joy in life
This felt made by AI while studying their capacity to replicate human motion.
It's bankrupt in every aspect and Im tired of people rewarding this kind of stuff.
Actual AI would do a better job
The story is.......a story 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I guess
Did moobles force you to play this game too?
His *loooong* rein of terror must end!
I imagine an efap on this is coming in the future
Fringy played it and Rags is going through it now so yea I think an EFAP on it is imminent
I hate that we're living in the timeline where Star Wars 13-13 is canceled and instead we get this shit.
I was listening to Metal while doing chores and realised credits were STILL rolling at the end of his rant. WERE THERE SERIOUSLY 45MIN of credits of people working on this shitshow? Did he loop the credits? I'm losing my mind.
45+ minutes of credits for this garbage is embarrassing
Well… a lot of those people are going to be unemployed so let them have their credit as a consolation. 😂
Dont forget to unsub from ubi plus!
As a Hitman: WoA enjoyer, I laughed when I saw the stealth mechanics in this so called AAA game... even the NPCs in Hitman will react accordingly to your behavior if you are sneaking around or acting suspiciously.
And hitman NPCs are Two decades old now in some games.
It comes to something when Hitman 2 or the original Deus Ex or Thief has substantially better stealth mechanics.
There's no pod racing on Tatooine in this game, but they made sure you can pet all the animals and that there are elaborately animated food eating QTEs. Tell me your game was made by women, without telling me your game is made by women.
Good bye Sneem
Getting stuck in a pillar will not be forgotten
Couldn’t even kill himself because Kay can tank grenades.
Mootal was the Sneem all along!
Outlaws Gameplay loop in a nutshell: "Push that Button, walk over here, push this one. Stand and stare at the Screen. Walk back over there, push another button. Again." -Random Black Mesa Scientist before the Incident.
34:25 Uuuh. What? That failure Bradley Baker voiced Nix? How? When? You can't mean these "animal noises" right?
Out of curiosity why is Dee Bradley Baker a failiure?
The four faction if you can call it Dad is reminding me of the gangs faction from cyberpunk.
I used to be a Star Wars: Outlaws like you, then I took a blaster to the knee.
Thank you for suffering on our behalf. Watching y’all play this game gave me many hours of entertainment
This game feels like it was slapped together with rejected assassin's creed ideas reskinned with star wars assets as quickly as humanly possible. There's a bunch of rough ideas of mechanics just tacked on on top of the other with no real coherency and given enough of a plot to justify going from one map to another, plus a bunch of filler quests. And the worst part of it is even as you're playing the game you can just see the mechanics for what they are, there is no immersion, you're just constantly thinking "okay, stealth section, not shooting sections... oh look, side quest to justify the open world part..."
Anyone else remember how the first Star War movie opens with a single squad of storm troopers slaughtering a ship full of rebel soldiers.
Ubisoft's RDR2 lol
Which was more painful: Lord of Ring Gollum or Star Wars Outlaw?
Play Astro Bot you Snoy GER-MAN.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Opening 5 seconds, a satisfied sigh with the words of praise "What a game". I don't need to see any more, I'm sold! Thanks for the recommendation
Holly Damn! those credits went for an hour and kept going! I don't think I ever seen credits that long. Maybe that was the issue, too many people working on it.
36:30 Comparing to Andor, I do find it somewhat amusing the entire plot of that show was kicked off by the murder investigation of two random corporate officers while Kay routinely annihilates entire platoons and the empire doesn’t even bother putting up a wanted poster.
I know it’s for mechanical reasons so they don’t hunt you to the end of the galaxy nonstop, but people in this game hardly seem to care about what Kay does.
Like you said, the entire reputation system essentially boils down to one faction coming in to save you during the final fight
You post this and I still have 2 hours of your last stream to watch 😢
Are you ready for Nix, outlaws 2 adventures Mootal??
It should be noted that the VP for DEI at Disney "Entertainment" is called Queen Denchukwu...
The way you described it at the start I couldn't up but wonder if maybe you were, instead, describing Cyberpunk 2077.
At like 19.5 minutes I started laughing cuz I looked back at the screen and the credits were still going,
28 minutes in, it's just sad
38 minutes I start laughing again. So ridiculous
It wild that your fanart of the pfp looks more normal compared to the mc face
So what youre saying is, Game Of The Year
I didn’t even realize until halfway through that there’s literally 45 minutes of ending credits 😟
I would like to point out that the credits seem to put siblings names right next to eachother separated with a dash (that's my guess at least)
So that long ass 45 minute credits could be even longer somehow
9:32 "...they give you the option *to Steal*
Oh, that's cool! You can, probably, like, do some things, go into hiding, then steal someone. I've seen some guy at a bar who's passed out. Oh, that's probably an easy thing to steal".
Yea, Mootal, a passed out guy is an easy thing to steal.
Wait, how long are these credits? FUCKING LMAO they had so many people work on this project and yet it turned out to be shit.
I like how they basically lied with their promotions as though the droid was going to be with you from the start.
The fleems were amazing
Make sure to unsubscribe to Ubisoft because you do not want to pay them more money for this.
The fact that the credits go for so long at least tells us where all the money went
How tf are the credits 45 minutes long
Esg, dei, bridge.
EVERY person has their own HR department looking after them.
Participation trophy credits. Like seriously what did Ubisoft Stockholm and Ubisoft Redlynx actually do to warrant their names being in the game?
Come now, it's a fine game! . . . it it had come out in 2004. Coming out in 2024, not so much.
Thief: The Dark Project was released in 1998.
Metal, I think I need you to re-stream through the entire game. I can't understand you
Holy fuck. The credits aren't looping. There's legit like 100 international companies involved in this and everyone is credited separately in the most self-indulgent slow panning speed.
I expected efap this last saturday on this game, efap movies instead sadge
42:58 optimized for NVIDIA only.
You START on Canto Bight!? Fk that.
But, was it Herr der Ring Gollum schlecht?
Shame that there are so many finns in the credits.
I know it's no too relevant, but wow, there were a lot of hungarians working on this.
So your saying you loved it then, right?
Go play Space Marine 2. Recover from this garbage.
Every aspect of this game seems like it's the standard think that games should have, but just done below average, so whatever interests you about it, you can think of about 10 other games that do it better.
X happens so Y the game
Dont' get me wrong, many games are like that but eeeh? You know, Ubisoft should KNOW better.
When i see how long those credits are for such a trash game, i can understand when i hear compagnies laying off hundreds of people.
Shame about the game, but at least Nix is cute.
How long are these fucking credits?
Imo Ubi games was never good, at best just ok, but they had cool characters and settings, Far Cry always has some charismatic villain, AC games have stylish melee combat animations, so while they're never great overall - coolness factor does give them alot of appeal to people.
This one tho is based on universe with ruined reputation, main character is ugly goblin, battle animation are just nonsense.. and so when a bland Ubi open world game looses all cool factor - bearly any appeal left, even for normies. That's why sales are bad, even if imo old Ubi games are not that far off gameplaywise.
Far Cry 3&4 (haven't played the others) at least does the main mechanics pretty well, the shooting and driving works as they should. They're pretty fun to just play around in, even if the stories are kinda wonky. I replay them sometimes just for that. I'd never replay this game, not that I've ever played it. Watching playthroughs are more than enough 🤣
