- Back in the days when Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead ruled our screens, I dreamed of going to San Diego Comic Con at least once in my life. In 2024, I got that opportunity, attending panels in Hall H, exclusive cast signings and even getting to meet one of my favourite authors, Robin Hobb!

I have got in to watching The Boys, at first I thought it was crap but gave it a second go and now I am currently nearly through Gen V which is the spin off series you watch after series 3 and then hop back to The Boys. I absolutely love this series. I love so many of the characters, Butcher, Soldier Boy 😍, love to hate Homelander 😊

I love Little Friends art! I have a few of their store front prints. Did you see their Coffee Cat vinyl figurine? They debut it at CC and (thankfully) it was also available online.
At a small con closer to me in NorCal last year I saw the ember dragons for the first time. I’m obsessed!
It was so nice to meet you! And I’m glad you enjoyed the books and goodies. I actually purchased everything from Mysterious Galaxy! So even though you didn’t visit in person, technically you returned home with some books from them 😂 I actually love shopping from MG because they carry a wider selection of fantasy and sci-fi that you just wouldn’t find in B&N (like Chronicles of the Bitch Queen). I also really love MeetCute but parking in North Park is horrendous.

Agree. We only had one where I live and it closed three years ago.
Opinions from a US girl, Denny’s is not great. IHOP is just okay. Spiced coke is good!

@@BeccaandTheBooks Becca please!! LOL I'm just a big fan of flavored drinks, like the flavored coke (raspberry, peach..) and things similar like Pepsi lime or mango. Also always a plus when something comes in zero because I'm diabetic so I'll take what I can get. 🤣
