I just bought one today. A 2007 model with 89000km. In about 2 weeks I'll be able to collect it. I even get a full 3 year warrenty on the car. So in about 3 years I'll get rid off it :). I bought it to spare my 1988 Citroën AX GT. I kinda have a thing for small cars even with my 1.95m. Funny thing, the AX feels like a much more solid car even if it's 20 years older and built as light as possible. But for the 5000km I do in a year, the Fiat will be totally fine (I hope)

And went with it in any terrain and it's unstoppable.

I grew up in a 600 (Seicento mk2/facelift), it was red with the 1.1 Fire engine
It was with us from 2007 all the way to 2017.. we went on vacation with it, tackled snow.. It was unstoppable

Fiat's are cool indeed, such weird little machines. When i find one i will make a video on a Punto.
This brings me straight back to the NFS Most Wanted 2005 days, just starting out with a Punto!

@@David-zv2ob In Nfs there was the Grande Punto but yeah, almost the same as mine.. a bit heavier 🙈 Mine is from 2001, a mk2 model
The seicento is amazing honestly, here at the moment you can buy one in very good condition even for 400 € They are cheap, reliable and fun little cars.. very unsafe but hey, you only live once 😅

@@coraz98 Nice, mk2 looks better anyway!
When i eventually buy my first car i'll definetly consider the Seicento, funny little things.
Incredibly unsafe, the owner of this one tells people always that you need to use the other car's crumple zone, because the Seicento doesn't know what that is, a crumple zone. xD
      Anyway, enjoy the mk2 Punto!

Godver!

      @David
We have (or _had)_ *a lot* of Seicentos in the UK - every example I ever saw was right hand drive.
Not exclusively LHD like the Renault Twingo mk1 or Fiat Barchetta.
I'm guessing yours is either an SX or Citymatic judging by the electric windows and no "Abarth"/sports styling?
You have the much better version of the Seicento (what I call the more youthfully _spirited_ one), as opposed to the later (round Fiat badge) model with a more pretentious advertising campaign.
I'd buy one if I could - not exactly _modify_ it by "mutilating" the car - but rather, *_fit_* components that would improve collision safety, such as an "invisible" cage (somehow) that would absorb more impact energy, maybe "fit" seatbelts/harness points that don't detract from the appearance or alter the chassis/fittings, yet make the car be safer to sit in.
Just - whatever can be done to preserve these fun little cars.
I wonder if such forums exist?
