    Hi: on the left pane, there is a "power" indicator of the Drive. If it indicated as Red. Even after restart it is still Red in color. There is no Alarm in the "Display Alarm" Window" What should i check?

    Do you connect to each unit with USB cable or how ?

    where is the battery for memory in the drive?
