Norwegian have some really nice spec planes, especially since most are WiFi / Sky Interior, always a pleasure to fly with them. (apart from when they have a crew training and they're grumpy!) :P
Row 22 and Row 8 are my favorite on the 737-800 on Norwegian/Ryanair, as you say, perfect for filming.. nice and easy window view. I was on a SAS 737-700, booked a window seat, and ended up in row 7 which the window was divided in the middle (leaving me with virtually no window at all)! Luckily some nice passengers let me swap with them :p

Flaps 5 is standard, Flaps 1 for faster departure, Flaps 10 sometimes for a more eco climb, but flaps 5 usually does it. The PILOT EFB that NAX use calculates all of this based on Airport, Entry Point, Temperture, QNH, Wind, abnormal conditions/MLE issues.

As for the SIDs and STARS, I know from either looking at the charts/flying them in the sim, or talking to the pilots after/before the flight! As for how it's possible for me to sit in 8F, all I can say to that is what would I do without my viewers eh... corrected.

Good sound. This is exactly what it sund like from the passengers view. Love the moment when the engine go to takeoff thrust!
