Thank you sooo much😍. The Agnus castus really helped regulate heavy and close together cycles...on the 1st cycle taking it without any birth control. Its changed my quality of life from being bedridden each month to fully functioning during my cycles.🙏🏾🙌🏿🥰
Fantastic result J, thanks for letting us know :)

Will agnus cactus help.with my goitor? My hormones have always been imbalanced and now I have a goiter. I've had half my thyroid out, and the half left has grown behind my breast bone to a length of 17cm. They want to operate but I dont want this. I am desperate to find sometning to help shrink my thyroid because it also presses against my wind pipe.
Hi
If your periods are tailing off or have stopped, Agnus castus won't be of benefit, sorry. I would suggest seeking the advice of a Nutritional Therapist. They will be able to find out why this is happening and formulate a personalised treatment plan for you

Do you take it every night? Also are there any contraindications with other medications. Always a bit worried about herbs
Hi Helena
If you're using sage for flushes/night sweats then it's best to take one with your evening meal. Our tablets are licensed and there are no contraindications with any medications listed on the Patient Information Sheet.

Are they free of Thujone? I’ve heard you should only take them for 4 months ??
There is no time restriction with our licensed tablets. Here's our statement on thujone
The thujone content of Menoforce tablets is less than 10 parts per million. This is due to our manufacturing process and is not affected by the fact that we use fresh sage. We very carefully standardise our plants after harvest, with up to 90 separate tests being done on each batch. We are therefore in a position to know exactly the amount of various marker substances present. At this level, taking the recommended dose of 1 tablet daily would result in a daily maximum intake of 0.00425mg of thujone, a factor of 1176 times less than the daily limit for Thujone stated in the HMPC Monograph and Assessment Report.
You may have noticed that there is a Traditional Herbal Registration for Menoforce tablets, which is why we are able to provide an in-pack leaflet containing the safety data. You will note there are no restrictions regarding those avoiding thujone, which reflects the lack of any concerns from the MHRA re the thujone content, as it is so negligible.
Hi there. Wanted to find out which meds can I use to boost fertility
Hi Zama
It would depend on what is causing the fertility issues (such as age, hormonal balance etc) as to which herbs/supplements would be helpful. We tend to recommend seeking the advice of a Medical Herbalist as they can formulate a personalised treatment plan for you; this is likely to be more successful that trying to treat it on your own.

Can I take sage if I have high blood press sure?
Hi Ana
There are no contraindications taking our sage tablets if you have high blood pressure.
Thanks. Your videos are great😊
i dont have periods any more , but im plagued by hot flushes , Do you think i should take Agnus cASTUS ?
Hi Crissie
Agnus Castus wouldn't be suitable in this situation, you still need to be having reasonably regular periods for this to be of any benefit. You may find the sage tablets helpful for the flushes or you could try the Menopause Support.
