I dont understand why the ethernet ports arent ethercon? Like how? Ethercon is the standard for cat connections.

absolude simple, they basically slapped a windows computer underneath the normal command wing. That means that they had to use some fairly standard Pc motherboard, that motherboard is basically screwed to the bottom of the unit and they just use the back-i/o of that motherboard. I guess it‘s essentially some „off the shelf“ motherboard, so that“s the i/o you get. No ethercon

Too bad it doesn’t integrate a touchscreen. Basically it’s impossible to travel with this as a hand language. 😢 I really wish you could create a really transportable desk not a gimmicky 😭😭 I’ll have to wait for next gen MA4

Hi Aslanio, you do not need a laptop, the PC is already built on for the command wing XT! And you also have 3 direct DMX connectors at the back…so maybe no need for the node?!
