You do want to angle the pegs but away from tent so that when the wind kicks up, it is harder to pull them out. Pull on the ties and you will see what I mean.
The prices are very reasonable but it also depends on how many nights you stay. Since I only camp on the weekends it’s about $30-$40 (and sometimes less than that) a weekend which is great because you have security, a bathroom with a shower, stores, some places even have places where you can eat and lastly peace 😆
It’s not easy to stay cool … pick up a tarp so u can put it under ur tent n ur tent will stay clean n last u longer. Good to see u again! Stay cool n be safe drink a lot of water! ✌🏼❤️🧢

Hey sweetie , I think your first tent The Core Popup was alot more roomy and had more head room for you !! Omg how do you stay cool 😎 in 100 heat I hope you have fans !! I got myself The Core 10 person pop up tent ⛺️ could put two airbeds and 2 camp chairs and a side table with a tall rotation fan but it was 80-85 and night got to 60 .How cool are the nights for you ??

Tent camping in central Texas was pretty brave at that time. In San Antonio, summer was atrocious.
