  • Hi tea friends! I went to Mount Mogan in Zhejiang, China to learn more about the tea making process. Watch me meet tea farmers, pick tea leaves, observe all the steps of tea processing, and of course have some delicious green tea.

That was one cartoon-style running right there. "Yoink!"

Im curious, do tea farmers usually specialize in one type of tea or do they use their tea trees to make multiple types (green, wulong, red)? Also would a tea tree that's good for making green tea be equally suited for making red tea?

What would happen if you tried to use the fresh leaves to make tea? Before the whole process.

It's so much work. It makes me want to be even more respectful of how I treat it when it gets to me.
