this is part of why i love pathologic 2 (and icepick lodge) so much. the developers realized that the original game was prohibitively difficult, so they *gasp* listened to their audience's feedback and introduced difficulty sliders so more people could actually play the game! what a concept
It's such an embarrassing joke how many Nintendo games don't have the option to change how loud the sfx sounds and music is respectively, it's 2020 how isn't that an option on every single game they release? I literally can't recall even one song from Mario Kart 8 because the sfx is so loud all the time and there's no way to change that.
games in general my dude. pokemon SW/SH are the first games in the series to have volume control, and you have to unlock it by talking to an npc Kingdom Hearts MoM is going to be the first game in that series with volume controls as well.
Oh. I kinda thought this would be a video about ways of making games accessible to disabled people, which sounded pretty interesting. Not necessarily disappointed. I mean, I agree with you about all of this. Ig just not what I was in the mood for. (Also, jic no one has said this yet, I think most disabled people prefer 'disabled', not 'differently abled'. Although, if you're disabled yourself, don't let me stop you.)
