What are your 2025 goals?! P.S. I had just literally gotten the low iron diagnosis and knew I would need to start infusions as soon as I returned but hadn’t started the depo yet or the nonstop bleeding.
My goal is to get moving this year! That's a nice area to get some walking in! Wide open paths. I hope you have more energy after your infusion. I had no idea low iron was part of why I was so exhausted. I try to stay on top of my supplements!
I didn’t know how much iron impacted us either. It makes perfect sense though. Honestly I think I just never really thought about it prior. But yes supplements and moving more are amazing goals!

🥂 to a better year. Im glad you are thinking of the positives in the situation. It was hard for me to accept that my journey to become a mother needed to end. I think thats how i ended up with 5 dogs. 😆 I hope you continue to see the light in it all. 🫶🏽🩷
Walking more this year! I’ve seen a few walking apps as encouragement but one of my 2025 goals is to continue with lower spending habits. So no walking app for me, unless free 😊
@@ElleNaturally I love that. It’s a great goal. Walk baby walk. It’s on my list too. Maybe next week I’ll do a video on my shareable 2025 goals. Fitbit has a good app for tracking your walks and it’s free. I use it without my Fitbit since it’s been lost for years lol

🎁 I love your whys and the view where you and David were walking is beautiful. I love dogs also. I have 2 and 3 kitties and a bunny rabbit. Actually this is their house, I'm their servant and I work to take care of them and for that they allow my hubby and I to reside here with them LOL I am going to be moving this year in 5 months if all goes well. Not sure where yet, but I know I can go anywhere since I no longer have my mom. Both my brothers are really not in my life. Well one is, and one isn't but the one that is only calls when he wants to try and pick a fight with me for some political stuff or something. He always was a brat. He has money but doesn't share with anyone unless its how own family (wife and 2 kids) unless there are others I don't know of, or he's stingy with them also LOL but there is more to that story and I just know I will be better off anywhere because I always make friends and all my life my friends have been more like family to me than my own family. David reminds me of someone I know and I can not place it, but you are blessed to have a good looking man who stands by you and supports you and obviously encourages you to do what you need to do to get healthier. My why is my health. I can not afford to get sick. Also as I said I have all these animals and they need me. For me its more about how I feel and less about the number on the scale but then the number on the scale does motivate me more and most times keeps me on track and going. Love you my friend. I love how every-time I am meandering around my house in the dark I am glowing thanks to your beautiful bracelet, I never take it off. It is a reminder to me not to lose myself in the stress of life that I have a friend who helps me find my way.

my main goal is to keep going and lose another 50lbs 💪
