nice video, always was wondering why there was so many types of weapons, i guess it would feel boring to only having a sword or a catana as an option to buy from a shookeeper
Thats a really interesting theory with each weapon having to have different properties in the development phase aside from just damage. Shame that it didnt make it into the game, Would have made a lot more sense as to why there are all sorts of weapons it pretty much makes anything besides the katana and greatsword redundant.
yeah the only redemption I guess is the fact that you can't have more than one of any specific weapon (i.e. master katana) so if you want to have a weapon for balverines with silver enchantments, but another weapon with sharpening or something; it forces you to strategize which weapon should get which enchantments
If I'm honest on this one if they had a melee weapon that bypassed blocking, that would be the only one I'd ever use (it's the reason I always used multi strike, that mechanic is just terrible).
Yeah, like blocking isn't too bad when it's executed in a balanced way, but it is in no way balanced in this game. Some enemies literally just block 100% of attacks and that is no fun at all.
I wonder if there's a way to mod "invisible" piercing augments into the pickhammers Like so they would have the effect of maybe 2 piercing augments, but it wouldn't show up in the slots, and the original slots would still be open for augmenting
Every weapon type should get a passive "augmentation" so all are useable in their own ways against certain enemies. Like in Skyrim you can perk for higher crit with swords, stun with blunt weapons, and bleeds with axes.

Yeah it would be nice if the damage discrepancies weren't so wild though
An obsidian katana literally does more damage than the master pickhammer
Interesting video! Good info
Glad you think so!
Lmao that Ice Troll was on somethin
easily my least favorite enemy lmfao

Screamers have no armor..why would it be 533% xD
they have relatively low health too lol it's pretty ridiculous
And i was wondering why i wasn’t doing damage with the the master pick hummer and all of those augments

Wouldn't it be easier to just mod its stats atp?@@PTMG

I know you already did a heroic fable anniversary playthrough, but it would be fun if you did one with no exploits
that would be rough lol
mostly just cause potions would take too long to get
@@PTMG oof yeah that's a good point
i'll just stick with the great hammer cause its cool lol, i like the aesthetic of a giant mallet
the difference between the great hammer/axe/sword isn't too insane anyway imo
definitely worth going for aesthetics with heavy weapons
Can i master blaster
master blast her
