    In Genome wide studies, If one gene of species have more than one transcript variants then we will display the structure of primary transcripts or all. please guide me.

      1.If your gene has more than one transcript, choose the complete transcripts, then do the alignment, if there is difference in sequence even difference of one bp, then take all that transcripts which have sequence differences, If no difference in sequence of all transcript, then you can take any one.
      2. If two transcripts have the same sequence but there start end position on chromosome is different then you also take that transcript as well.

      Please check your sequence. May be seq did not have > sign or some other error in name. Please check carefully

      you can find the series of such type of videos related to genome wide analysis of the protein family in the channel. only need to open the channel, go to playlist and find all the videos related to genome wide analysis.
