Ladies! I recommend that you all purchase an african net cloth to deeply exfoliate in the shower! Ive been using it for a few months now and it’s the best thing ever if you dont want to purchase the gloves/product. Its long too so u can scrub that back and it’s been helping me with me stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, and strawberry skin!

I remember growing up when I was 13 I didn’t like shower and I was often depressed which caused me to have a bad odor and get picked on from school I was traumatize for like and ever since then I take my hygiene VERY seriously. I think I might be the only one who experienced it but it’s not a great feeling knowing you can smell yourself and somebody thinks you stink
to prevent ingrowns / razor bumps, definitely try Tend Skin or PFB Vanish with Chrombright! they both can be drying so try to moisturize afterwards if you find you are drying (something non scented like cerave) i hope this helps someone !!

Ladies! If you have issues with feminine washes the BEST one I’ve found is Johnson & Johnson head to toe baby wash in the yellow bottle! Haven’t had pH issues since I swapped!

Yes once a week wash is enough! I was just looking at pics from middle school and my hair was FRIED and I've never dyed it in my life! It was from my mom getting me in the habit of washing my hair EVERYDAY OOOHHH she did me wrong! Now I wish my hair would stop growing so fast - granted I still dont dye it and only put heat every few months but washing once a week is IT!
I have extremely fine hair and no matter how much dry shampoo I use I look like a greasy mouse if I don’t wash at least every other day 😢 I’ve tried so many times
Honestly it’s the opposite for me, when I wet and wash my hair more it grows faster for me. I use conditioner every 2/3 days and I use shampoo like twice a week. It’s cool how everyone is different though

Vaseline (aka mineral oil, petroleum) does not penetrate your skin. It seemingly does because its slick and shiny but a good lotion or all natural oil (olive oil, sesame oil, shea or coco, etc) is your best bet for good moisture. Then a pretty lotion on that for scent. I recommend grapeseed oil and shea butter, and a dash of macadamia nut oil... A-mazing
Ladies, if you use a washcloth, please use fresh cloths with every shower. Never reuse a dirty washcloth. You should always have more washcloths than towels 😊 ❤
Hey! I’m a liscensed Aveda educator and I specialize in naturally curly hair. FYI everyone, you’re supposed to wash your hair once weekly! The scalp gets dirty just like the rest of your skin! If you use the right products you don’t worry about dryness! I recommend the light Nutri Plenish Light Shampoo and Conditioner for you Chloe! Washcloths are also the biggest carriers of bacteria that you can wash with because of the moisture retention, try a Sherri cloth!
yep i do too!! good squeeze of shampo and bout pea size amount of conditioner... yea if you wash your hair a lot it dries out and looses the natural oils in your hair that give it that shiny look... btw i have short hair but its really thick and wavy in general so i still use a lil bit of conitioner!!
you could try using a co wash throughout in the middle of the week so your hair is getting cleaned and moistures without stripping, it doesn’t suds but it definitely does clean your hair maybe not as much as a shampoo but it helps with odor

I don't use loofahs because they can easily get bacteria and odors. I've always used washcloths
My teen girls love their loofahs. I switch them out every few weeks. BUT I will toss them in the dish washer without soap lol Just a good Steam 😂
I spray them with a little clorox when i wash the bathroom. Then rinse them out
I use silicone since it’s easy to use
wash clothes also easy collect a lot of bacteria along with towels so it’s good to change it very often:)

If you get a lil dry downstairs coconut oil is great. not only is it a natural lubricant(replaces ky ) but it is antibacterial and antifungal
