For ~16 pieces (~430g):
- 120ml of kefir
- 1 egg
- 50 ml of vegetable oil
- 30g of sugar
~ 250-270g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- lemon zest
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for ~20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
