I swear, us late 90s early 00s kids had the best childhood. Things seemed to still be innocent and quirky, but technology made us get to experience new things other generations didn't... like 3D animation, email, computer games based off shows, etc. It wasn't so "in your face" yet... just plain old fun (:

Was One Saturday Morning actually a 2 hour show that carried episodes of Recess and Doug and other Disney cartoons?

I definitely agree with you!! I'm 29, and by those years, it was the best, although I was a "bad boy," it was worth the trouble to be a kid!!
