So I’ve experienced the same problem with feeling nauseous on leg days especially durning dead lifts & squats & I’ve learned it’s all about the breathing. Look up how to breathe properly durning those exercises & it’ll really help!

the reason you may be feeling sick nauseous or heaps of pain during leg day is because lactic acid is building up, I suggest taking rests of easier leg workouts after a really straining one, or just one that made you feel sick.
Nausea when working out is usually from either not eating enough beforehand (running out of energy) or eating too much too close to working out. It’s BS you should feel nausea working out.
You guys should tell us what's been going well and what you've struggled in during your freshman college experience so far. And this can be with classes or just the adjustment itself
Nausea on leg day??? When I got a heavy work load usually squats, I breathe in on the way down and when I shoot up I push the air out, btw I never feel nauseous on any training try breathing exercises I do that for practically all movements ❤️❤️❤️

Soooooo my parents work out a lot and one of the things I've learned is that you need a lot of protein so I guess you could try that for leg days?? Just a thought
what are you both studying? im in my first year of college as well and im also doing a science subject (veterinary bioscience) i feel like theres never enough hours in the day to get everything done
The legs and butt muscles are larger and need more fuel when you work them you are working out in the morning and most likely you have not eaten much. Eat and get some good protein and some good fat (MCT oil is the best or coconut oil) and it should fix the problem.
I love when you include your workouts! very different from gymnastics :)

Your nausea could be from not breathing properly during deadlifts/squats or dehydration. Try drinking a bottle of water before going to the gym!

Get your doctor to prescribe you some odancatron when I got sick at gym I tried some after getting a prescription and I was perfectly fine
