A fun book to listen to and a great window to the ways of Texas. I listen to this narration while I walk in the treadmill and, I tell you, it’s good for my lung capacity. Thanks for those who make audiobooks possible and free.
Excellent. What a lovely surprise. My image of Texas as been completely revised. Real people living. Not the bigger than everything else exaggerated egos. The way the people are portrayed and the landscape described shows that the author ha a deep respect for both. I loved it. Thank you for that, as well as a good yarn.
That was a great story, I found it difficult to believe that so many people would get the drop on Texas rangers, fbi, and tribal police. I know it was necessary for the movement of the story, but it was kind of hard to swallow.
This was a surprisingly great story full of action and suspense in the way only JP can deliver! Now I've got to be on the lookout for the next Rory Yates saga.
As a lifelong Texan(born in Alabama, forgive me, moved to Texas as soon as I realized, before I was 1yr old), I was calling Bullsh on how these Rangers talk to each other UNTIL Carlos' speaks to him about stepping up and not quitting while bedside in the hospital room of the FBI agent in a coma. Respect from Texas.

Thanks for a good story!
I have always loved James Patterson books!
I don't think this is a James Patterson book. I just think someone else wrote it, and put his name on it. It's not his style.
Started good and turned to Hallmark. I'm born and raised Texan, love the Rangers but this book not so much.🇨🇱
Excellent book and narrator, thank you 🎉

This story was much better than I anticipated it would be. And well read. 👍

Once again, you're on a good story for too damn many commercials
