I love the fact that despite how heavy their music is. they have the influences of 80's Gothic/Post-punk bands like The Smiths, Bauhaus, and The Cure.
I love how MIW don't overdose the break downs. And obviously Balz keyboard playing is sick as hell.
this is probably one of the most inspiring bands out there for me to this day. they go out on stage every show, getting into it. ive had friends say they liked miw until they saw what the band looks like and then they change their mind because its different. i wish many bands appeared like this on stage! being weird is being yourself, nobody can change who you are, and thats why i love these guys!!!!!!!
