I think this song is about his music\legacy. Upchurch wants his music to help people. He basically is saying that even after he is gone his music will still be around for when people need it.
Whether it be a hard hitting track to pick you up or motivate you e.g. I'll be the wind when you need a breeze or
if you are feeling alone or just wanting to chill e.g. I'll dance in the woods with you as a tree or
if you are sad and feelng down e.g. If you cry in the rain, then the rain is me I'll cover you up so no one can see
