I'm so excited you and Scab hooked me up with Eric. I talked to him and hooked me up with a Tier 1 Mini he shipped it to me Friday supposed to arrive here tomorrow i'm stoked to get it. The Calcula is another great knife. Great review Brother.
Just a wicked wicked blade 🔥🔥.. the CACULA as fas as pure looks goes is just absolutely gorgeous. That is typically something I don't worry about usually for me it's all function in this thing performs over its head. But the aesthetics of the calcula just make it stand out to me it's aggressive looking it's sleek it's everything you would want in an EDC. You did a phenomenal job brother I knew you would
Thanks brother man. Your no nonsense approach and the effort that you guys put in is absolutely apparent. To go out and get the material you use to destroy in this video takes a lot of unseen effort. And it truly is appreciated. Thank you v/r Erik
I 100% agree with you on this one Joe. The FOBOS Cacula is one of those MUST HAVE knives. It's on my list. Thanks for sharing this one. This one looks like it falls right in between the Tier 1-C and the Tier 1 mini. Another beautiful design by Erik Hansen. It looks like the perfect EDC belt knife. Hopefully I'll be able to come back some day with and Edit telling you how great it really is.
Yeah there is just so much I like about his designs, the build quality, the look, usage of his knives...and USA pride wrapped up...Wishing you well my friend and thanks for your support
@@JoeSteel1 For sure. I do like to carry a fixed blade. I usually carry my spyderco ronin2 or my Ritter rsk fixed blade. Is there a knife rule or something? When I lived in MA I had to conceal everything so I would scout carry fixed blades but it was definitely easier to conceal folders. I'm not sure if that was legal but didn't want to find out. My particular city had folding knife length laws but the cops had better things to do than bother me about keeping myself safe since I wasn't bothering anyone. Other things were pretty tricky to carry but people had their ways. Necessity creates invention. Be safe.
The knife took the abuse and wanted more...your confused the term...it applies to the knife itself....but I changed the title so its not misinterpreted

Couldn't agree more!....Sometimes the looks just talk to you...this knife performs so much better above its main purpose....thanks again brother

Looks like a great carry knife brother man.
Absolutely, bro if I was able to, I would carry a edc fixed like this everyday

Great stuff Joe 😊 it very nice 👍 but teir1 and Legion my favs
It may end up being mine too, but don't dismiss the Aleris.
Looks like a great knife puts me in mind if a similarly sized knife from TOPS the HOG4.5
Oh yes agreed my friend
I need to get the leather sheath. Mine has the kydex.
Their Kydex is so well done as well
Love mine👌
Yes the Cacula is such a pleasure to hold, use, carry...and look at..👌
Nice review. Do we know what company made the CPM-S35VN blades? I'm thinking I need to add this knife to my EDC rotation.
Many thanks, it's a good American OEM, you will be fine, very good quality 👌
So....why did you call it masochistic? I was expecting some damage to your hands or something, or that it hurt to use it.

@@JoeSteel1 That makes more sense. Thanks for the clarification!
