If a new crew member is gonna join the gang, can it be either of these two things?: An untaken mediocre melody (Nedbear,happy frog,ect.) or something like stitch so they can not only have a cute mascot, but a powerhouse with a lot of potential.

I like that idea. As well as him going into stage mode. That would be fun for everyone to see. They just watch as he makes pizza and tries to put on a show and just ends up playing the guitar and singing somewhere on the ship 😂
