Using Mentor And Flex Apps

------------ Using the Mentor app. On your scanning device.
Log into Mentor app with your company email provided to you and password you create.
Click on 'Begin Route',
Scan the QR code given to the van. Now the app will prompt you to inspect the van. Go through the checklist. Finding any thumbs down. Report it. If not, and it's good. It's a thumbs up.
Then 'Yes' and ok. to start your day. This app will be recording your speed, distractions ( don't touch or move the scanner while driving), cornering,
This records your FICO score. Amazon wants drivers to be above 800.
---------- Using the Flex app. This is what is used to deliver your packages in a sequential order and the most efficient (most of the time).
Log in on the scanner. Click on 'Flex ' app.
Enter your work email (same as the mentor email).
Enter your password (I prefer to keep all app passwords for the job the same for easier use).
Go through what the app is asking at the time.
Then drive to the warehouse. Find your packages on the carts inside with route number. Roll the carts to the van.
Use the scanner to 'Scan Packages'. One at a time for oversize, scan the totes.
Start at the bottom of your list with the totes, work your way up the list. Last tote is the first for delivery. The same goes for the over size packages. Bottom of the list go farther back in cargo area. Work yourself up the list. This way pulling to your stops. Packages that are up at the top of the list will be more visible. And not buried behind other packages. (Which can slow you down.)
