I wouldn't say dark but I do like color. Even if it's just a pop of color here and there. But your home is so cute. I can see why you bought it.

I prefer light / neutral walls for sure, it's a very clean and pristine aesthetic. You can add in color with decor in variant textures throughout. In this way if you get bored with it you can always change the palette of your decor without having to repaint as often, as neutrals provide that perfect base that goes with everything and every other color. By the way, I love Villa Houghton...it's quaint and has so much character to it, great choice. Thank you for sharing it with us. God bless and keep you.

I have Chantily Lace in my home and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Perfect white without yellow undertones.
Glad to hear because my head is spinning trying to decide….I purchased my home in 2019 and want to repaint every room white except my bonus room (I’ve already repainted it SW ‘Worldly Grey’ and an accent wall in ‘Iron Ore’) - and love it!….so now I’m on the fence with BM ‘Simply White, ‘Pure White’ and now I’m going to add ‘Chantilly Lace’ 😂😳) - I do not want any yellow undertones….I’m ready to do it and get it over with!

As a career EA/PA, I am definitely hating on Lana (In a good way 😁). I WISH I was supporting/assisting an Exec this cool! To be able to cultivate the type of relationship that Lana and Adrienne have is dependent on the Exec’s approach, and Adrienne’s approach, character, and receptiveness is RARE!!!!!

I immediately liked the tree house. At first I thought it was built above a garage. But when I saw the fireplace I liked it even more. And I really like homes with a Spanish revival kinda feel. I wrote in her last house tour post that she would be purchasing a house in LA, once The Real season starts and I was right. I predict in 8 months, she will be re-selling the NY home and say that LA is really home for her. Adrienne married the right guy, Israel, to deal with all of this back and forth.
