    Hi Brie, that was a Bennetts wallaby , they are quite common here in Tassie. Glad you enjoyed my home town. there are lots more places to see and things to do. you should come for an actual holiday. :)

    Love your videos. your honesty and the genuine experience. As a Tasmanian myself, currently living on the mainland but shortly moving back home, I'm so pleased to see your affinity with our Island (and to see that VA flies to Lonnie!). I appreciate that you are working and need to respect privacy, but if I could make one request it would be to see a little bit more of the onboard , crew and airport experience. Thank you!!!

      I would love more onboard stuff too but unfortunately most airlines will sack you if you’re caught doing that 😅

      i would absolutely love to do a video and show more onboard, but to be honest when i'm working i am just so busy i don't even have time to bring out the camera. also i think it would be seen as unprofessional! i hope you understand!

    Oh my goodness, yes! My Dad's family are from Tassie, and I always feel like it's home and where I belong when I'm there, even though I've never lived there. And then I did my degree at UTAS (via online delivery in Melbourne), and my family declared we needed to go to Lonnie for me to graduate in person. Apparently we all needed a holiday as a reward! So I have my own connection to Tasmania beyond my Dad's family.

    I feel the absolute same about going to Tassie, it's like home. Admittedly, most of my family lives in Hobart and the surrounds so I spent about 3 months each year there from when I was like 8 until 18. But it has always felt like home moreso than Adelaide does.

    The Launceston accommodation gave me some serious Motel vibes, love the location, gorgeous grounds, and Kangaroo spotting, but the accommodation is gagging for a makeover 🤭. I've never been to Launceston, the city centre reminded me of Ballarat, love Victorian architecture 👍

    Hi Brieana, Just wanted to ask before you had the cramps what did you eat/drink 24 hours prior? Usually consuming salty foods in combination with not enough greens can throw off the sodium/potassium balance causing night cramps. Things that can also throw off this balance is sweating and too much liquid diluting the sodium in the body.
    Hope this helps.

    • @BrieanaYoung
      @BrieanaYoung  Год назад +1

      to be honest, i'm not too sure what i ate or drank prior! i haven't had them since so hopefully i am doing something right haha
