  • Welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll guide you through the essentials of starting out with camera flashes and modifiers to elevate your photography skills.
    First Flash:
We'll start with a hot shoe-mounted flash, perfect for learning exposure compensation and handling. To get the best results, we'll pair it with initial light modifiers like a shoot-through umbrella or a small 24" to 28" softbox.
    Second Modifier:
Once you're comfortable, you can get a larger softbox 36" or 44"softbox to add more versatility to your lighting setup.
    Second Flash:
A mini strobe such as the Godox AD100 or Profoto A2 or any strobes in the 100-200 watts will work . The second light is ideal for more extensive setups or photographing groups.
    Creative Lighting:
With two flashes you can use one as a hair light or background light and the other as an on-camera axis fill. This setup allows for precise light shaping, giving you professional-quality results.

4:58 Hey Tony! Is the magnetic mount for the angler softbox something that is exclusive to Angler? Or are there other brands that offer something similar?

Glow has it too and profoto click softbox are the one i know of . The glow parapop 24” its the best because front diffuser is removable and you can attach the magnetic filters inside in case you need to . I use the CTOs filters outdoors
