@@coda5934 2010 until last year, James LoMenzo played bass between 2006-2010 prior to now.
Kiko is by far the best guitarist for Megadeth. Looks, personality and chops and he takes the time to make these videos and give people a peek behind the curtain. Dave made a great choice when he picked Kiko.

@@ruman962 Really? Every guitarist after Chris Poland had a RUclips account *in the 80s* and made vlogs? Also, last time I checked, the majority did NOT praise Jeff Young, Al Pitrelli and Glen Drover. Heck, many said that Broderick was technically impressive, yet lacked feeling (true). Kiko actually deserves being named next to Poland and Friedman. Heck, he's able to hang with Guthrie Govan (as can be seen in their jam video) and can play Jazz (like Poland), Flamenco and Classical (like Broderick). He legit can play every genre, just watch his vids. Seriously, calling him "the best" or "one of the best" Megadeth guitarists isn't a fluke this time around. Way better than Jeff "My solos sound likr exercises" Young, Al "I can't play Marty's solos" Pitrelli, Glen "I'm sloppy as hell" Drover and Chris "I'm a robot" Broderick.
@@ruman962 Everyone has their own interpretation and opinion. I think Marty F was the best guitarist in Megadeth. But past members were still just guitarists in the band. I think Kiko is more a Ambassador for Megadeth.

@@laz288 Agreed. Kiko is literally trying everything possible to make sure he maximizes his tenure with 'deth. In every way possible. But as Kiko and all other musicians have always said, there is no best or worst musician or music genre, it is always subjective - you can poke some fun at someone or some bands or some genre but that doesn't really put any dent to anything or anyone.

I’ve been listening to Megadeth since the 80’s. One of my all time favorite bands. Chris Poland continues to amaze me. Such beautiful strange original phrasings. I remember when Marty Friedman who I’d loved since his work with Becker joined my favorite band. Like a dream. It makes me so happy that Dave’s band continues forward with a guitarist of such virtuosic talent and buena onda! Kiko you are South American pride, brother, representing the best of your warm and beautiful culture. If you are ever in Argentina and missing good food I will make you a arroz feijão bife ensalada faraofa cerveja brigadeiros. Saludos Cara

I'm so glad I found this channel like 6 months ago and have been binging on all the old stuff also.I have to admit I didn't like in the beginning that the stage show was so put together like what spots and when to be somewhere on stage.Now that I see it more I get the vision and why someone would want it.
I love Dirk's drumming in his former band, soilwork. It was so sick. Amazing drummer
Best drumming he did was with Devin Townsend and Jeff Loomis
