It's absolutely nuts that we're getting used to these amazing demos from Michael. This one is very nice, but they all are. I watch every one. Part of my day. Incredible musician.
A red strat and some Knopfler. Okay. Loved Lemmo with a pick, and MK finger-style. Different tones, but both enjoyable. Still hoping for Hag or Waylon next tele-Tuesday.
I have 2 Custom Shop Fender Strats and besides the feel and look and necks and everything … Their Hand Wound Custom Shop Pickups are Amazing and only available on one of their guitars
I think I wanted one like this when I was first learning how to play in the mid-90s. That Michael played the Dire Straits riff search to reinforce why I would have wanted it.
Wuau 59 strat in Fiesta Red! But not fun of heavy relic, prefer NOS or ultra light relic with a deep dark slaboard fretboard. Fiesta Red and Candy apple is the color of my old white and red tricycle when I was a child boy!
I know it's not, obviously, but that fingerboard looks like Laurel. Say, did y'all see the CME video at Bonamassa's house? He talks about how much he paid for many of the guitars bought at Norms, including the Broadcaster & the 52 tele in pristine condition. Anyway, he paid Norm $275,000 for Amos!! So interesting. That guy's home, in addition to being a museum, is absolutely amazing.

I’m ok with it as long as it’s earned thru decades of actual playing, but to falsely disfigure the instrument before the player even gets their hands on it is a bit silly imho. I’d love to get a Custom Shop Guitar someday and they’d probably look at me funny when I would ask them to hold the relic. 😆 But…. I didn’t order this one, and if it made the original(and future) owner happy then cool. To each their own.
@@artamussumatra6286ummm the fender custom shop stuff are literally made to your liking Why would they relic a guitar that wasn’t requested to be relic’d?
@@Nightshade1881 I was being sarcastic. They are pretty famous for relic jobs and nitro paint, and I wouldn’t order either, so it might come as a bit of a surprise. 😉
Lemmo's playing is pretty darn good but lately he seems to show little enthusiasm in his playing. No more smiles or looks like he's really getting into it. Technically competent but no star power. I mean listen to Tequila - no energy that that tune deserves. It's like he either doesn't want to be there or that he's burnt out. Compare his stuff lately from when he first took over for Agnesi.
@@Rockriverboarder It's like he's just going through the motions. Been like this ever since Jen went on maternity leave. He never smiles anymore when he's playing and he looks everywhere but at the camera. His gaze is off to somewheres else in the store.
Alright LEMMO! Who convinced Norman it was a good idea to change from" Normans RARE quitars" to normans fake classics?!?!??. Does Jen know about this bullshi.......
Never a bad episode, and Lemmo's playing is always amazing. But sometimes he really clicks with a guitar and this is one of them.

Fun fact: Lemmo sang wonderfully on the first video we have of him at Norms… haven’t heard him sing since. #SingAgainLemmo
That's a nice custom shop Fender strat! Thanks Lemmo for demoing this strawberry!
Man Lemmo you take the looper to another level... Your style is your own and thats what makes a player truly great!
Great sounding strat!
Dayum Son! Have mercy...
Thats a really nice strat. Great tone in the guitar/amp combo. And great playing Mike. You get better and better evertime I hear you play. Killer!!
That strat has a wonderful tone, to die for
Man that guitar is absolutely sick 🤒 the sound is insane. Great demo, and of course great playing 👍🏻 hope Norm is keeping good 👍🏻
Good vibes on this Strat you had ! Hum !
Some wicked playing there
Sounds great as always, Michael Lemmo. 🤘😎 Right on 👊

You kidding? Lemmo couldn't do country to save his ass as that ain't his genre.

Wow, with all that paint missing you can almost hear the wood breathing! 😆 Just kidding, nice Axe, and Mike is amazing playing it as usual.🎸👍
That thing sounds sweet, especially with your skill ML !😊
Wow, great sounding guitar and your playing has improved so much. I can hear the jaz in your playing. More please
Yes Michael beautiful playing, nice guitar..
Hybrid picking went nuts !! Epic demo !

LEMMO!
What song is that he's playing first on the middle and neck pickup?
Mike ist einfach ein Wahnsinns Gitarrist 👍
Michael, are these pieces you play in the videos your own creations? It's so outstanding, I've never heard these. Absolutely great, I love it.
That’s one glassy sounding strat - and looks great
So far away!🫶💯🎸
Stratosphere Yea!!

Now that's my kinda strat, Fiesta Red, I have yet to own...just about bought one
Had me that electric sander. I want to pose with this modern guitar!
“Had me” ?
Heard a little noise at 1:28 that made me lol :)
Love me a Fiesta Red Strat !! Well played Lemmo !! Every time I hear" Tequila " I see Pee Wee Herman dancing !!! 😆👌🏻
I wanted this one... 😞

The light fretboard does look a little out of place for a "59" relic

Hank Marvin took a lot better care of his ‘59 Fiesta. The tone is the real deal.
What pickups are in this one?
Fender Custom Shop single coils.

Relic process should be rejected top to bottom. It completely screws with the secondary market by trying to pass of something for what it is not.
