Trying to make a ramen is still on my to-do list. Don't have too much practice with soups yet, but my minimum would be meat, egg, noodles, mushroom and some other vegetables.
Hi F.M!! It seems to happen for some of kombu. Depends on which part of ocean the kombu came from, it seems releasing some bitterness. But I never found it in my kombu. So just a Trivia kind of thing 😉👍
Just wash your chopping board, knife, and hands with dish soap. And wipe down the table/counter you worked on with some dish soap or alcohol disinfiectant. Don't worry about all the anti-biotic stuff

Hi crollens!! The broth and the rest of the stuff are served on separate bowl😉 1x bowl : Warmed broth that you cooked the chicken 1x bowl: Noodle, chicken, egg, and your choice of veggies And you dip your noodle into the broth. I hope this will make sense!!👍 Thank you for the comment 😁
