YES! Our phones have been like 20 minutes off for years. I finally decided to look into how we can fix this. This was so helpful and easy to follow, thank you!
Glad to hear it helped you! Whenever you are ready to move away from the dinosaur phones, please give us a call at 888-226-2216 and we'll be happy to discuss the best business communications system for your budget and needs. :)
Hi Mark, That's interesting. I know you have to enter in the time in military format, but then it converts to 12 hr cycles. I'm not sure how/why it would display military time on the LCD screen. If this happens again, try rebooting your phone as a first step.
Do you know how to turn off the voicemail on the phone? I no longer want callers to hear this voicemail but rather the voicemail of my service provider.
Hello Sylvan, I believe we helped you over the phone today with your question. This typically requires a technical visit or remote access, or you can pull the voicemail card from the system. Please contact us with additional questions. Thank you!
Hi Mr. Fieldservice, per my tech team this can be done via the type of admin mode & star key code. You'll need to contact your Admin or Toshiba vendor to enable this option. The coding can depend on the customized programming. Here is a video on how to change the name on the phone, but uppercase letters are the default standard: ruclips.net/video/z-8yV85LU0E/видео.html
Hi Jesse, please contact your Toshiba phone system programmer/installer. It's possible that they customized the programming of phones with different codes. The video instructions are compatible with the IP5000 series desk phones. Thank you!

Is there any way to display 24 hour clock, so it shows 14:30 rather than 02.30 in the afternoon?
Hi Mark, unfortunately not.
Thanks. I could have sworn that it was displaying 24 hour before I corrected the time this morning
