Got into a big problem with Himiway Tim, my ebike was stolen and they do not keep track of the serial numbers so I cant prove I bought any specific bike from them. The serial number is absolutely useless, its your word against the thief's word.
People say 'shift gears' not 'shift sprockets'. Do you want to confuse people with the correct term for sprockets or, keep things simple for people who have no idea what any part of the bike is called besides wheels, handlebars and pedals? And if you watched the video, he says "take the brush and clean the sprocket" So, why comment if you didn't actually watch the video? :)

They are not gears they are sprockets, at least get the terminology correct. Why is this guy the spokes person for Himiway?
