I've been trying to buy an FMF Q for my 250 Rally for 2 years now. I finally called them to see what the deal is and was assured that they will be building more pipes at some point, but couldn't tell me when....so now I've got one of these knock off pipes on the way. Hope mine is better that yours turned out to be...
I'm going to give it a second chance. I should have time tomorrow to rebuild it as best I can. Or at least with as much effort this cheapo pipe deserves. Stay tuned
Thanks for the tip. I won't be getting a real fmf pipe as they don't make them for the 300L anyway. I currently have the stock exhaust on the bike as my little boy rides with me sometimes. He doesn't appreciate all the noise. I don't have any intensions on buying anything.

Scrap..... That's all it's good for. Can we even recycle Chinesium?

If you use rock wool insulation for sound proofing...it works better...when you get a real FMF PIPE.

So on the up side its way lighter, because of chineseium stainless aluminum steel and louder because of the light weight packing for racing!!!!!!!
