Nice! The area by Livonia Avenue and New Lots Avenue used to to be nothing but those small houses! Now look at it. No more sunshine on those sections on that block and no more longshots of passing 2, 3, 4, and 5 trains.
It’s been 8 years since I’ve lived here. I miss it so much. I would take the L from Halsey to 8th Ave and the get on the C to 23rd at to walk to my job at 24th and 10th ave. I know the city is expensive and not the same but when you leave (I left for my marriage) you realize there is literally no place like it. I miss it so damn much. My best memories are from the city. But fuck did the L train shut down so many fucking times.
@@TheLolpizzayummy I've seen it a few times by the times square shuttle. I'm from Jersey City, NJ so I love close to NYC. I go there by taking the Path train.

Are you sure that is correct
Why does the R188 seem like the narrower version of the R143, if both propulsions are the same
R188s run on the IRT A Division, while R143s are designed for the B Division. Both are built by the same company, Kawasaki Heavy Industries.
And yes, they are both equipped with Bombardier MITRAC propulsion systems, model 1508C traction motors.
Is it possible for the L Train to go Canarsie Express?
