Hi thank you. one quick question, in 2023 a Canadian snowbird stayed for 71 days in one entry (Aug - Oct) and in 2024 next entry in Usa statying for 120 days . (may -sept ) Totalling around 191 days , considering both per entry's days addition. (but if Aug 2023 - Aug 2024, as one full year is considered then its less than 180 days ) . So, q here is can that person stay visit and explore usa till sept 2024 . Q here is will it be counted as 191 days , by adding previous two yrs.? or separate as 180 days per entry. ?

I am planning to travel this coming July 20, 2022, and return on January 10, 2023, this is already a confirmed ticket. They might question me when I arrive in the US why it is so long, 175 days?
So since this COVID is putting the DHS temporary hold , I can’t get a original of my I94 , all I have is a copy , but I need an original since I’m trying to get a job . And we moved from the FSM and came to The States in 03 under my parents , and only had a copy of my i94 card. It’s Hard getting information, and when I went Online to see my history, it said there’s no information under me. Any suggestions on what to do?

hello lojo i believe u r good. i have a question, my wife and my kids r came from africa as a refugee but to live permanentelly. they give them in chigcago airport, a kind of small paper, i gust it is a i-94, but it has no any photo. so, while we ask any government offices , they ask a them a photo id of government. but i believe their i-94 coze it is without a photo, the the worker in government offices can't accept them. so, is it necessar for the i-94 paper or card to have a photo ? or if its not, can we ask for immigration to give as or to replace our current i-94 paper which is without photo? what do u think? thanks

the i 94 is only recording your info for you on when you are expected to depart - at most usually a years time - its not going to help you or mean anything 18 years later
HI, I need your help My old passport expired on 6/21/2019 and CBP I94 through website till 06/21/2019, and my I797 /h1b stamped and valid until September 7, 2020.
