    the vision range actually zooms out the camera more. take multiple of them and you will see the difference

    the "Buy off Commander" option on the mission screen to level up for money is nice. I'm only at jungle iv, but I'm having a great deal of fun with it.

    So, for equipment it goes up to 8 with 8 being the evolution. That means we can pick what we want for the previous 7 (RNGsus willing). Like stacking invuln for the shield, or stacking shields. But once we reach 7 the next one is the evolution.
    I am FAIRLY sure the same applies to the weapon but there is no documentation. We can equip generic damage, weapon damage, bounces, penetration, but at some point they all simply stop dropping which makes me think it got full.
    Edit: Okay, yeah, the weapon 'fills up' at 13. 13 seems like a random number to me so it might be influenced by upgrades on the weapon or the armor. But as so be careful of what you pick. Weapon upgrades count, generic weapon upgrades count, bullet bounces/penetration count, crit upgrades do not, generic damage upgrades do not either. There might be other buckets we fill up but there's no documentation anywhere. What the heck is even the passive of '100% peak weapon' even mean or do? No one knows, it's written nowhere and google only shows some puzzled people asking the same question without an answer :D
    Deep Rock Survivors has a much better UI in that aspect.
    The game is pretty easy (though I only now reached the Tundra but I've done all missions at max difficulty) and all weapons seem to do the same damage (I tried the other weapons but keep using the first one) so there might not be much need for min maxing, but knowing all of the above I think it's best to just stick to the meta upgrades for bullet bounces, extra bullets, and bullet penetration, and then only pick the fire rate and weapon damage upgrades while playing. If anything I'd say fire rate is the most important as damage seems like a trap since we're one shoting most things other than the elites or bosses and we have non weapon related damage upgrades (crit upgrades, the Force Shield, the Lens, generic damage upgrades, etc).

    Only bought this game yesterday but am loving it so far. A little tip: Restrict how many devices you equip - that way you are much more likely to get them to max level and then be able to upgrade them to their 'final form'. One or two maxed out accessories are far better than having one in each slot and none of them at a decent level.

    The evolved Plasma Disk along with Ion shield makes you invulnerable... it wouldn't surprise me if they nerfed the PD's in the future. Or buff the monsters.

    Im getting triggered by ignoring the UAV, the second best eq after the disc imo :P NoMovement or NoShooting challange (possible with luck and/or upgrading the armor to start with the UAV) incoming soon? ;D

    It's a nice game, but it's rather too easy(never managed to die), the exp needed for each level is too little so you're always picking an upgrade, the sound effects seem ok in the beginning but they get annoying fast...

    38:00 It literally says next to your current rank what you'll unlock at the next rank...
    In this case it'll unlock the first desert level, so you're not at all required to ''grind'' that much.

    just played my 1st 3,8 hours of this and yeah, it´s a fun game.
    Should have unlocked ranger sooner, only just did and played 1 game.
    So much fun evolving skills, give them a boost and watch the world burn

    you can not only evolve the equipment but you can even fuse them together later on. You can look at the fused equipment in the equipment tab in your base

    Ich habe mich gerade so sehr gefreut, als du erfahren hast, dass man die Ausrüstung noch "Speziell auswerten kann" das war so cool, als man gehört hat wie du dich gefreut hast 😊😂

    you can go to the drop pod in the middle of the map and purchase stuff (press "E") it cost those pink gems
