Chefs & Shakers Belgium 2023 | Finals

On the 14th of May, the final took place of Chefs & Shakers 2023 @Streat Fest in Tour & Taxis - Brussels. The 6 finalists had to create a street food & cocktail pairing with bananas as the main ingredient.
Timon Michiels from restaurant Carcasse & Robbe Dupon from Willem Hiele and Straight up Drinks won the Chefs & Shakers 2023 title. Second place goes to Nicolas Vignals & Florent Cornil of Villa Lorraine. The men of Volga bar d'atmosphere, Idris Bicak & Fabrice Malpas, finished third place.
