I like to imagine she was on the other side of the building but when they started singing she just sprinted to the conference room
They needed to give Donna more screen time. Like April gets episodes about her chemistry with other characters and I wish Donna got some of that

The rare but glorious moments when April actually reveals to the world that she truly cares for her friends are some of the best (and most tear inducing) moments of the entire series. They are the masterful payoffs of YEARS of phenomenal characterization from those brilliant Parks&Rec writers.

I know. I hate to say it, but it was kind of the best part of this video dedicated to Ann and April.

Yes! Ann became interesting when the writers began making her awkward and non-serious
Ann is so sweet I just want to hug her every time she was rejected a hug or put down by April lol. But April coming around to her at the end of the series was one of the most beautiful and satisfying arcs of the show.

I had a cat like April once. Normally she hated affection and would run if I tried to pick her up or hug her, but if I was sick or feeling depressed, she would come and lay down on me and purr to try to make me feel better.

I really like when Ann says she loves Andy and her, April doesn't make some witty retort. She knows that Ann loves them because they are all friends and that she is happy for her and Andy.
Ann is probably my favorite character on the show and I feel like she deserves better.
Same. Ann is in my top 3 favorites. And she really deserved better writers. But for what it is, I enjoyed her role in the show. I really get sad when she leaves Park & Rec tho, the show gets a little too wacky without her imo.

April trying to bond with Ron and April, easily one of the best bits in comedy history. Its hilarious because Anne was trying so hard to he friends and Ron and April knew that and were only being petty then Anne played them again with the medical story yet Ron and April knew what she was doing 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ron and April slowly getting closer as the story continues was amazing felt like an interrogation
