I remember watching the cartoon from toon disney when I was little and just finding out it has its own game is awesome.This game has some donkey kong country returns vibes, and I kinda love it.
People keep calling this a Donkey Kong Country Returns/Rayman ripoff, but I don't know how much I can hold that against the game if it's still play as well. Does it? I mean, if we're just going to hate on a game for being a rip off of Donkey Kong Country, then we should hate on Yooka Laylee and the Impossible Lair or Kaze and the Wild Masks. ...though if the game actually play's like crap, then I could understand. From the looks of it, it plays all right, but that's just what I can see. It looks awfully short, though.
Hating on a game just shows how miserable and demented they are like they are dozens of games that took inspiration and copy each other like those fellas are acting is if this is new while its not plus the game is indeed short and good but the main character of this game doesn't fit with rayman and donkey kong play style It should have been like other plateforme games
Tbf it does look quite similar but it looks fun. And with Yooka Laylee that was intended to be a spiritual successor to Banjo amd Kazooi because a game with that charm and style hadn't been created in a long time and people wanted a sequel to banjo tooie
Cheetos is a tiger not a cheetah And yeah the marsupilami does have some cheetah looks but in the cartoon his enemy the jaguar looks identically to cheetos
Why not normal boss encounters rather chasing the same baddie?! Or at least have the boss do something,or probably fight some classic characters from the show perhaps? Not that imagination put in this even though it looks really cool copies also allot from donkey kong games as well! At least asterix by the same company was a little more to the touch! 🤔
The game is nice and colorful, but whoever made it REEEEEEEEALLY needs to work on their boss stuff. Seriously, just "going to the end of the level to punch a single villain" isn't considered a boss fight X/!!!
Ok. I have to say it. This is like a rip off of the Donkey Kong games. The skeleton spirit guy who hypnotizes all the animals. on the island to do his bidding. Already been done by the Tiki Tak Tribe from DKCR. And the end of each boss fight, the whole beating up the bad guy and sending him "Blasting Off". Also straight out of Donkey Kong Returns. (as well as Tropical. Freeze for that matter). Not only that. But the way the Marsupilami eats the giant. fruit. Totally ripping off Donkey Kong jungle Beat. Of course. Its just my opinion. But through my research of video game history. It wouldn't;t surprise me if the designers "borrowed" a couple ideas from the Donkey Kong Series.

I'm not sure how much I like the redesign of the character. It's cute, but I kind of like the old design. There was something classic about it.
It's was an old underrated french cartoon that is why you feel the classic part but the design itself didn't change that much

Amazing game, but should have more bosses than just the evil ghost and orb escape. Maybe like an Owl boss, a Snake boss, and maybe even a Golem boss!
