Lol, Larry you should of gotten on the minn kota and turned the boat around when they started tossing the minnow bucket. I catch all my perch on the second spot you guys were on. Great fishing!
Larry, I'm sure you know this already. But if the back of the boat is catching fish and you're not in the front then simply cast to them! Whether that means tying on a slip bobber or using a simple hook and small split shot and casting it out, you should be able to get one some of those perch while in the front of the boat as well!

Calumet river off of Chicago on lake Michigan gets a great perch run from November till January give a try sometime your Wisconsin competitor did a show there last year also good lake trout fishing
@@nickkolesnik5054 we actually fish the mouth of the Calumet river off of lake Michigan perch only go in for a few months then leave in late winter they don't live in the river
