Emergency situation how to go in home country.. for example grandma death how to go home country in your company what are the procedures.. reply brother please
@@krishkumar4608 Hello Krish, Emergency leave or vacation for reasons of death is applicable only for IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS. Mom, Dad, Children. Unfortunately, per Saudi labor law and for some other countries' law, they do NOT consider our dearest Grandma/Grandpa as immediate family so you cannot avail of this emergency leave. I suggest however that you talk with your company's HR. Tell them that you need to go for emergency leave because you need to attend your grandma's burial. In this case, since this is an emergency leave, you will be the one to purchase your flight tickets.

1. Send an email/Call your HR. Inform them that you NEED to take an EMERGENCY LEAVE/VACATION.
2. Once your HR approves the request, Book you flight tickets. In our company, I paid for the tickets that I purchased.
3. Travel documents you need: Passport, Visa, Flight Tickets

@@krishkumar4608 As per my company, emergency leave is for maximum of 20 days. However, you can always request from your HR to allow you to stay in your home country for at least 1 month. That's what I did. I spent 1 month when I had my emergency leave.
