Good morning.
I'm sorry to hear that your EKG is having problems.
Error 01 Overheat Thermal print head is abnormally heated to over 60°C.
You must check that the tension reaching said head is adequate.
You can check this at some electronic equipment technical service and surely look for a replacement.
Unfortunately we are located in Chile. Therefore, we cannot provide you with more help than this information.

El error 01 responde a un sobrecalentamiento del cabezal de impresión , debe comprobar que la tension que llega a dicho cabezal sea la adecuada.
