      Exactly. Understanding some of the basics of how habits are formed is essential to being successful in most things you do, especially losing weight.

    Grinding up your largest calories of that days food in a blender, is probably not a great way to get most use of macros

      If there is science to back it up, I would believe it. I am continuously hitting new PRs routinely, so I do not agree.

      I would like to add that if the shake was not sufficient, I would be feeling the repercussions. However, I am gaining weight and feeling healthy.

    Swallow 100 grams of peanuts without chewing, how many calories?
    Wait for them to appear in your feces, rinse and eat those peanuts again, how many calories?
    Rinse & repeat and voila - magical unending calories 🤣
    Calories in & calories out is missing a ton of context and depends on the type of food and how digestible it is.
