Is the meteor 75 pro or air 75 better? And does the air 75 work with my betafpv vr03 goggles and radiomaster pocket (m2)?

Well i never tried the air 75 so i cannot give you an answer. If they are all ELRS and Analog yes, it will work

You could do it with a phone just there will be more steps involved, there is a link at the description that guides you how to do so
