Ultimately, for myself I plan to look similar. Definitely got the right thickness, but have rather a sensitive skin/hair, so frequent, regular oiling. And of course much less grey. ;)

This reminds of the way a barber cut my hair in Mexico City a few years back. He was trained in Paris and walked me thru every aspect of what I would like and what he recommended. It was a fantastic cut when he was done. I could part/comb my hair from either side and it gave my face an entirely new look from what I had been doing for over 40 years. I'm 60 and I felt anew.

I have to say I wish American barbers took as much care as these guys do. My last three or four cut and shaves have been awful experiences where I was rushed through my appointment and wasn’t given what I had asked for. This cut is awesome. Keep the good work up

I wish I would have a proper barber like this guy around me. I think I could count how many times did I left a barber/hairdresser satisfied on one of my hands in my entire life and I'm 30. :/
Just takes a bunch of trial and error. Another way to find a great barber would be to ask someone on the street. If you see someone with a great haircut or beard trim just ask them where they got it done. It's a compliment to them and you get the information you wanted. It's a win-win!

Beardbrand That's funny you wrote that, I hope you wont judge me but to be completely honest I have been fed up with these barbers around me so I bought myself a clipper 3 years ago and started cutting my own hair after looking a bunch of how tos on youtube. It took a lot of effort and practices but I'm pretty darn good with fading the sides and the back with a mirror lol So one guy came to me a month ago maybe in a restaurant and asked who is my barber as the fading is great and he wants the same haircut. So I told him I did it for myself and he couldn't believe it. so it was funny reading your advice but it is indeed a brilliant idea. Only to do the top of my head is where I lack of knowledge and equipment. So I go to a barber every other month to get a haircut and from then on I maintain the sides and the back as I want it to be. 👌🙂
I do the same thing. Clippers are pretty cheap and it's not too hard to cut the sides of your own hair as long as you spend some time getting it even. You're right, the top is the tricky bit. That's great you've gotten some compliments on it though man!

That or you'll recede then it grows back, I'm going through that atm. When I was 18 I was losing my hair at the temples, I'm 21 now and I have regrown most of the hair just by massaging my temples. Started growing little white hairs then they got thicker and regained pigment again. It was mortifying. If I was to fully recede I'd rather be bald. There are worse things than being bald.

FINALLY! BARBER SHOPS ARE BACK ON THE MAPS! :D I'm tired of going to salons, because many hairstylists at salons cannot cut or create classic hairstyles for me. I'm a very particular person when styling my hair.

I remember my old music teacher from many years ago used to swap his style every 6 months or so. He either grew out his hair and clean shaved, or went bald and grew a lush beard. It was amusing to see him switch styles like that but I guess it depends on your head shape, hair growth and even personality. In the case of Greg, he looks great with a lengthy hair cut and a great beard. I guess the best way is to be brave and try both.
Why can’t the U.S have more places like this, jheeeze! You have to search for ages to find a good Barber in the U.S compared to England, me bring from England and knowing how quality barbers and stylists are over there really makes me miss how you could go out and have these places basically right outsides your door! Quality cut and great video👌

Where is Hari from? Has a middle eastern tatto. I make him being Persian, Turk or maybe perhaps even a Kurd. Not Arab - he's nose does not look like an Arabs..
You can tell by the nose? I'm Arabic and I knew he wasn't because of the way he spells his tattoo "ياسمين" or Jasmine in English. Could you tell me whats the difference in the shape of the nose between Arabs and more Eastern Middle Easterners.

This reminds me of the guy who taught me how to do good work. I do a bunch of bald fades but with this guy you really need to leave a little hair cause he wears a long beard. This barber saw the outcome before hand. Very very good work. This was tastefully executed. Nice work sir
I am 47 years old and I am into week 2 of my first ever beard! I used to have a musketeer mustache in the 90's and early 2000's but have been clean shaven for the past 12 years. Itchy is my first thought but my natural colouration is very similar to Mr Berzinsky and so I am looking forward to the beard growing in. As long as I can get through the itchy faze!!!

Whenever i go to my barber i beg him not to shorten my hair, but he says let me trim this side let me fix this front hair and finally he fucks my hair up
Try talking to them a little more and explain what kind of haircut you're looking for. If they aren't cutting it the way you want, call them out on it.

He´s not that old. I think he said just above 55. My dad is that age and just started to get gray hair 2 years ago. My brother who´s 32 is almost completely bald now though.
I wish that barbers would talk through cuts like this instead of making small talk with whoever is in their chair. I’d rather be talked to about what they are doing rather than the weather, my job, etc. Love the vibe of this barber.

Nice vid, its always funny when u get your hair done, it doesnt matter what u put in the customers hair, everyone feels a bit uncomfortable how the hairdressers do the styling, then everybody rushes home to wash away tiny hair pieces and then style it themselves :D

See some of my responses in the comments....my neck and ears were the areas that really needed to be cleaned up (cowlicks on my neck). The top was not significantly different although styled differently.

I've gotta say though, I liked the fuller hair and squared beard look better, it gave a more robust look to His face. The rounded beard slimmed His face down, which, in my opinion, made Him look older and more "frail". Still handsome, but not as much as before. In my opinion.

Prove any person that comes at you with that "It's gay" attitude all wrong. Do it, and be the best you can be at it. Be the place men look forward to going to, spend hours at, drive an hour to get there. Go big or go home. Make it like a "Let me help you out, man". Nothing sexual. Women go to beauty shops, enjoy themselves, good ones have wine, they make their clients look good, feel good, feel more confident, relaxed, and refreshed, ready to take on the world, ready to take on a new year, a new season, etc. Besides, lots of women get their hair done by other women, and I never felt like they trying to hit on me, or do anything intimate with me.
