Another incredibly-priced 911, made out of unobtainium, already pre-purchased by Porsche's anointed customers 25 years ago during a secret seance, that no one will ever drive nor see as it will be bubble-wrapped in silk, hidden 3 miles underground in a billionaire's 400 car garage. If Porsche were really serious about wanting people to drive these cars, they'd make 19,630 of them - not 1963. The entire Porsche game is almost as farcical as Ferrari these days. @@Andre-ez8qr its not about it being expensive its about underproducing cars to push resale values to insane levels to cause speculation on other cars. these will go for double retail as soon as they hit the market
It feels like Ferrari and Porsche are playing the same cynical game. Let's see how much we can screw out of rich people. It's amazing how those cars are always all sold out, yet instantly dealers have 2nd hand examples for sale at a massive premium. You could say it's great business but don't kid us it has anything to do with a love of cars or driving
One day, hopefully you might be in a position to buy something like this. Then you’ll be told by your dealer that they have all been sold, but luckily, we do have one available at double list price…..Personally I think the 2017-2020 991.2 GT3 manual looks better and makes more sense.

I suspect that the reason it feels wider is that - it is! While it may be true that at 1852mm wide, it’s the same or similar to the GT3 RS 4.0, I believe the way they measure this is from the center of the rim > to center of the rim. With much larger front rims than the RS 4.0, this way of measuring would actually hide a bit of the true width; if it was measured from the outer edges of the tires, I suspect it would be a noticeably wider measurement than the cars you’re comparing it to.
