this video only speaks on frogfish, great video, but care would be very different for other anglerfish. Fun fact there is one species of frogfish that can live in freshwater, not freshwater like "freshwater" morays or "freshwater" dragon gobies, but 100% freshwater for life!

I thought about doing two anglers in the same tank but I didn't want them to each other. I also thought about doing a Marine Betta as they're so much bigger.

I would have thought a small 5 inch guy will do fine in a 30 gallon tank. Learned something new

I have an angler and he is fine in my 40 gallon cube; he barely moves and never leaves his rock. Honestly from what I've learned a smaller tank is better for an angler fish because it's less room and less places for his live food to run away to. One of the big problems I have with feeding my angler is that the fish will just swim away from his rock perch and sometimes I have to put a fish in a net and then put it in front of him. Even then he's too slow to eat at times and they swim by. Then he looks derpy slowly watching them swim away. He's a great fish. lol

Hey man, great videos! Love to see them! I was curious if you could give me some input on schooling fish that you’d recommend for a reef tank.

They should leave each other alone.

They would be fine together just remember they produce a lot of waste so stay on top of those water changes.
