Hi, I'm currently doing design of experiments to optimize my hplc method. The 3 response parameters for my design of experiments are Peak retention time, resolution and asymmetry. For some of my standards, the software automatically calculated the peak resolution and asymmetry but others it did not. So I need to find a way to get the resolution and asymmetry for the ones not automatically calculated. Please note, I am using Chromeleon 7 software on my hplc machine
