Gooey Warm Dark Chocolate Fudge Pudding

Chocolate cake
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened or room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Baking Instructions for chocolate cake - Bake at 180C for 25MINS
Gooey topping
150 g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup butter room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 large eggs, room temperature
Baking Instructions for gooey topping - Bake at 160C for 15mins
Whipped Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
